Delivery

Delivery is made upon confirmation of the order and of the payment method. It can take between 2 and 5 days for Switzerland and up to 10 days for all other countries. The price will depend on the weight of the package, the country of dispatch and the shipping method (standard). The delivery is free in Switzerland.

​We would love to offer the shipping costs to the world like many of our fast-fashion competitors, but unfortunately we cannot currently afford it because as you know, we have decided to bank less margins for ourselves in order to offer you healthy products at the same price than the bigger brands. Instead, we hope that you will make a conscientious decision about ordering one of our products. If you do, trust us, you are probably going to wear it and keep it for life!

Return and Exchange

To return or exchange your order, simply post it back to us in the shipping box. Shipping costs are at your expense. You have 10 business days from receipt of the order to post anything back. The product must not have been worn or used in any way. If unfortunately, this turns out to be the case, your money will not be returned to you, and no exchange will be possible. In the event of a definitive return of the product, you will be reimbursed within 2 weeks (without shipping costs) in the same way as you made the payment.
